LIVE-ADDIS (LA) established on May 20, 2019, live Addis re-registered with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Agency for Civil Society Organization Proclamation No.1113/2019 with registration no. 0241 fulfilling all requirements demanded by the agency, LA is also a signatory of the Code of Conduct for Charities and Societies in Ethiopia. LIVE-ADDIS obtained its first grant from Concern Worldwide Ethiopia. The management team of LIVE-ADDIS consists of five staff members and is chaired by the Executive Director. Members of the management team include program and administrative staff and representatives from technical and support staff elected by their co-workers. Currently, the organization is working in Addis Ababa and mandate to work with all regional states and city administrations.

Its innovative intervention approaches had significantly contributed to bring about notable achievements. Implemented various Youth development, Women social and economic empowerment, migration projects and enhanced the livelihoods of more than 23,000 beneficiaries directly and indirectly.
87% of its graduates obtained paid and /or self-employment opportunities with an average salary of ETB 2,490.00-4,500.00 /month
Improved beneficiary supporting capacity by 83%
Created placement opportunities for local and international volunteers to participate in various development activities
Created placement opportunity for local and international University students for internship and action-based researches
Established strong links with local and international development actors within and outside of the country
Contributed for the national poverty reduction effort of the government
Introduced the Humanitarian Accountability Principle (HAP) Standard of accountability and transparency in all humanitarian services of the Charity
Directly enhanced the capacity of thousands of community members, government stakeholders including government and public-school community, teachers, students, parents with the concept and various tools of Social Accountability for Effective, Efficient and Responsive Basic Service Delivery as a result community member in the project areas have been able to hold the service providers, local government accountable regarding social services, particularly on quality of education
